Diversity Factor's D&I Lab is for professionals, who work with inclusion and diversity. We create a network where internal and external experts' knowledge is made available through meetings and workshops
Meetings
We meet four times a year to share cutting-edge knowledge, challenge perspectives, share best case practises, failures and find solutions to challenges related to D&I work.
Network
We create a safe space, where it is okay to share the hardship of working with D&I and network across ages, seniority, gender, nationalities and responsibilities.
Online Talks
We gather external experts for an online talk two times during a year that can inspire us with new perspectives - most preferably an international perspective.
Co-creation
Our community is a place where ideas about DEI are not shared from only one-side, but rather a co-creative space is built where we help each other, and brainstorm together in order to find the best practices for DEI in the industry.
Over the years, our DEI lab has cultivated a space for learning ways to build inclusive and diverse environments. We’ve explored a broad range of topics including inclusive hiring processes, disabilities at the workplace, etc.
We believe that people must meet (preferably face-to-face) to solve the challenges of the future. To learn from each other, from experts on the field, and to be in a safe and confidential space, where there are no right or wrong answers. Where there is room for mistakes and learning.
We aim to develop inclusive environments, where everybody thrives.
Quarterly morning meetings
We meet from 9am to 12pm face2face four times a year in a non-corporate setting.
Members co-create content
Members co-create the content for the Lab meetings together with Diversity Factor and plan for a year ahead.
Diversity Factor facilitates
Diversity Factor takes care of all the practicalities and secures a venue and furthermore external speakers.
1 online, all online
If one wishes to go online, we all go online, but then we break the meetings down to a 1 hour session. At least two times a year, Diversity Factor will secure an external speaker for an online talk.
