A key ingredient in any DEI strategy is Inclusive Leadership

In our new whitepaper, we have collected the knowledge and experience we have about Inclusive Leadership, which is essential to master if the organisation is to achieve the benefits of having an inclusive culture. A culture where employees thrive and are safe to learn, challenge and perform at their best.

Our experience and insight show that an approach that fragments the organisation into minority groups sets the organisation "up to fail." Therefore, we describe what we mean when we say Diversity and Inclusion.

We give you an overview of the areas of responsibility distributed at leadership levels and the level of individual leadership development when others, the culture, and the organisation are being led. We also give you insight into why leaders are vital to creating inclusion and diversity.

Where does the D&I work start?

It starts with the leaders. Top leadership level, to be specific. Without that foundation, the organisation will not achieve the desired results, such as attracting and retaining diverse talent and the new skilled generations, well-being, innovation, and, therefore, better earnings. After the top leadership level, there are various buttons to push - but without preparing the rest of the leadership teams and strengthening their inclusive leadership skills, it will be impossible for you to succeed in creating an inclusive culture.
