Diversity Factor’s detailed DEI course is primed to teach interested practitioners everything they need to know to be able to implement DEI into their organisation.

In the two day course, Diversity Factor will divulge the expertise that we have been gathering throughout the years. This includes DEI good practices, how to drive organisational DEI changes, and tools and practices that are effective in implementing DEI.

We aim to provide insights into how we, at Diversity Factor approach DEI work, how we help organisations create inclusive and equitable workplaces, we discuss cases from other organisations, as well as how theory can help, e.g., when we we address concerning DEI change resistance.
